UGSee runs every deal the same way. Here is what happens, who acts and how long each step takes.

Two ways to hire

You have found the creator you want.

You want several creators to pitch for the job.

These timers run on every deal. When one runs out, the next step happens on its own.

01Accept48 hours
The creator answers the offer. No answer and the offer expires. Nothing is charged.
02Pay72 hours
The brand pays the total into escrow. Unpaid deals expire.
03DeliverDeadline plus 24 hours
The creator uploads. Miss it and the brand is refunded in full.
04Review5 days
The brand approves or asks for changes. No answer means approved.
05Revise3 days per round
Two rounds are included. Each round has its own deadline.
06Payout hold3 days
A short hold before the creator is paid. 1 day for Proven and Pro creators.
07Ratings14 days
Both sides rate each other. Ratings show once both have rated or after 14 days.

Nothing is delivered
The brand is refunded in full, automatically, once the deadline and grace period pass.
The brand goes quiet
The content is approved automatically after 5 days and the creator's payout starts.
You cannot agree
Either side opens a dispute. Money and timers freeze. Each side has 3 days to submit a statement and files, then our team rules.

Invoice, fee invoice and receipt, numbered and stored for both sides.

1 to 5 stars and a comment, revealed at the same time to keep them honest.

On-time delivery and good ratings move creators up from Verified to Proven and Pro.
